For our own kitchen, we plan on going with the stainless steel hood vent, I'll be sharing all the deets on the style with and why this week on the blog. I like both styles a lot, but really love how the a stainless steel hood vent can me small kitchens feel larger, make standard size size ceilings appear larger too. But I also love the look of the integrated seamless vent hood, it adds so much charm in a kitchen and really makes helps a kitchen look custom.
Now you turn, what style of hood vent do you like? The Stainless Steel hood Vent, or Seamless Hood Vent? Or do you prefer a microwave above your oven for convenience or the look?

Well, since you're asking me, I would personally go for the Seamless Hood Vent because it looks more like furniture/built into the house/original to the house. Was that enough ////?
ReplyDeleteBut truly, I don't think you could go wrong with either and I can't want to see the finished product. m.
I can't wait to see how everything is turning out! I like both looks, depending on the style of the kitchen, and I would love to try a cabinetry-style hood but I never have because of the cost.
ReplyDeleteI agree the seamless look can be so pricey, I like how YHL built their own wood hood cover to go over an exhaust, to save a lot of money :)
DeleteI'm hoping we find a good balance with our range hood
I like the stainless steel, but only if you have matching appliances. Otherwise, the cabinet kind is nice. I prefer the fridge above the oven because it leaves more counter space.
ReplyDeleteI like both but it also depends on the style of the kitchen. Can't wait to see yours!
ReplyDeleteWe love our stainless hood!!
ReplyDeleteI like both.
